Digital infusion plan for the Titania Therme Neusäß

Titania Neusäß has been a place for relaxation, fun and adventure in the Augsburg district for many years. Awarded *****PREMIUM by the Deutscher Saunabund e.V. (German Sauna Association), Titania guarantees the highest level of sauna culture. After we had already equipped the thermal spa in our region with a video wall in the entrance area in 2018 and renewed it last year, the cooperation was successfully continued in 2024 – with the introduction of the digital infusion plan.

Digital infusion schedule - an eye-catcher for guests and a relief for the staff on site

Thanks to thermenplan.de, the presentation of the daily infusion schedules will not only be time-saving and efficient in the future but will also have a modern and appealing design that serves as an eye-catcher in the spa. The data for the upcoming sauna infusions is entered into the browser-based platform thermenplan.de via the user-friendly content management system. The system then automatically creates the appropriate content in the right format and design for the screen in the sauna area.

The solution was implemented in the individual design of the Titania, which maintains the recognition value and creates a harmonious combination of information and ambience. During installation, the echion video player was seamlessly integrated into the existing hardware system and ensures reliable and smooth playout of the content.

For the staff on site, the new solution means considerable time savings: the daily infusion schedules can be updated quickly and easily. Guests benefit from a modern and clear presentation of the infusions, which not only provides all the relevant information for a visit to the sauna but is also visually appealing. In future, the digital infusion schedule will ensure that no infusions are missed and that the sauna experience at Titania becomes even more of a highlight.

Innovation for a perfect leisure experience at aquaplex Eisenach

Sauna, swimming, sport & fun. In addition to an indoor and outdoor pool, aquaplex Eisenach also has a relaxing sauna world and a fitness studio with a wide range of courses. To further improve the experience for guests, the aquaplex has been equipped with innovative digital signage solutions and a digital spa map.

Inspiring digital signage solutions on the guests' journey

Two individual screens welcome visitors in digital form right from the entrance area. The screens present current offers, event tips and inspiring insights into the aquaplex world, creating a pleasant atmosphere and making it easier for guests to enjoy their leisure time. The clear, concise information shortens the perceived waiting time for guests and makes communication easier for staff.

Digital solutions are also used in the health world, the fitness studio in the aquaplex: four existing screens have been equipped with echion video players and provide motivating content, event information and appealing videos that enhance the training experience.

A special highlight is located at the sauna entrance: a double-sided shop window screen that has been attached to a suitable ceiling mount. Thanks to a brightness sensor, the display brightness automatically adjusts to the lighting conditions. The 3,000 nits surface facing the window offers brilliant image quality even in direct sunlight, while the 1,000 nits surface on the inside presents the daily infusion schedule for sauna guests in an appealing way.

The aquaplex’s gastronomy also benefits from the new, digital communication: a 55-inch screen presents the culinary offer in appetizing visual language, facilitates decision-making and improves communication with hungry guests.

Individual control and simple management

The content is reliably and automatically transmitted to the respective screens via the echion video players. With echion’s own content management system, the content can be conveniently and centrally booked and updated – a great relief for the employees on site.

The double-sided screen at the sauna entrance plays a central role in communication. The daily infusion schedule is shown dynamically and clearly on the display. Current events in the sauna area, such as the themed sauna, are also communicated here. Thanks to the browser-based platform thermenplan.de, data can be entered quickly and easily. With just a few clicks, thermenplan.de generates the content in the perfect format for the sauna display. The templates in aquaplex design ensure a uniform look and recognition in all areas. Visitors thus enjoy optimal orientation and always up-to-date information for a relaxed sauna experience.

The Tournesol in Idstein offers a little break from everyday life. Well-being is being redefined with high-quality sports, fitness, wellness and leisure options under a unique domed roof. From now on, the special leisure experience will be perfectly complemented by the digital infusion plan from echion AG.

Infusion and peeling schedule on inventory displays

The Tournesol infusion and peeling schedule will be presented in a modern and attractive way on two existing displays in different positions. The echion video players were easily integrated into the existing hardware system to display the digital infusion plan.

Thermenplan.de, a product from echion AG, will make it possible to manage, plan and display daily infusion schedules flexibly and easily. The digital infusion schedule was set up in Tournesol’s own design to maintain recognition at all touchpoints. The existing data for the day’s plans is entered via the associated content management system from Thermenplan.de, and the platform automatically creates the appropriate content in the right format and design for the screens.

A time-saving and quick-to-use solution was created for the employees on site, and for visitors to the Tournesol there is a new informative eye-catcher that ensures that no infusion is missed.
